Great thoughts and advice on how to approach a mentor: “I’ve been working hard on this thing and I really think I need the perspective from someone more experienced — what do you think?”

Mentoring is a way for experienced people to give back and pay forward as without acknowledging it enough, we are mentored and advised throughout our own journey!
